What You'll Tackle As Our Landscape Foreman:
- Leading a small crew (2 to 3 people) in completing efficient outdoor projects, meeting quality expectations, and following all safety policies
- Directing crew members and performing hands-on responsibilities during planting installations, lawn installations, small hardscape projects, and general landscaping maintenance jobs
- Properly operating and maintaining equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, mowers, etc.)
- Preparing and submitting paperwork
- Professionally communicating with customers and team members
You Bring:
- Ability to manage crews and perform hands-on landscaping tasks
- Ability to lead your team in completing high-quality work while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work occasional Saturday shifts during the busy season
- Proficiency in operating landscaping tools like skid steers, mini excavators, mowers, chainsaws, sod cutters, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to following all safety protocols on the job site
