Ideal candidate is a "team player" with a positive attitude. Hours are Monday-Friday with some Saturdays. Excellent benefits and bonus program.

What We Expect

• Accurately weigh and pay peddlers as per established procedures.
• Verify all info on paperwork going to drivers (Inbound and Outbound).
• Verify supplier Name on Scale Ticket with any Driver Paperwork.
• Verify Gross, Tare and Net Weights are correct.
• If any of the above items do not match notify the Logistics Coordinator.
• Distribute driver’s paperwork.
• Input sort reports for accounts finalized by the warehouse into Mayer.
• Scan all completed inbound and outbound paperwork to main office.
• Prepare outbound and inbound customs paperwork.
• Maintain Car processing Logs and complete associated DMV and NMVTIS paperwork.
• Answer phone calls.
• All other tasks requested by management in addition to above mentioned items.
  
  

Responsibilities /schedule may expand or evolve over time.

You Have

• Must exhibit Triple M Metal LP core Values of Respect, Integrity, Excellence, Team, and Pride.
• 1 year in a similar role preferred.
• 1 year of work experience performing general administrative duties.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The successful incumbent will be required to provide a clear records check.
