We are seeking an organized, high-energy Sous Chef to act as the second-in-command in our kitchen. You will run daily line operations, mentor kitchen staff, and ensure every plate meets our quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who will report directly to the owner. Profit sharing for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
