- Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and dough rollers efficiently and safely
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with food safety sanitizing protocols and hygiene standards
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to produce perfectly baked pizzas with consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly
