What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Dock Clerk position at GHOST?

We're on the search for a Warehouse Dock Clerk to join our Las Vegas-based team. The Dock Clerk is the key support team member for the B2B team when it comes to inbound/outbound shipments and paperwork. They are responsible for directing the inbound flow of products to make sure they are offloaded and received in a timely manner. They ensure that the proper guidelines are followed for all inbound/outbound freight shipments.
The Deets:- Communicates status of inbound receipts via email to the appropriate personnel to include sales orders, transfer orders, and BOL’s
- Receives all products, with designated purchase orders in accordance with receiving SOP’s
- Ensures efficiency and flow throughout the facility to include that all products received are accurately signed for, documented, dated, and verified
- Responsible for verification of product delivery and communicates any discrepancies to management
- Monitor purchase orders in system, ensure all orders and paperwork are received correctly
- Ensures accuracy and compliance of outbound shipments by verifying items and quantities against packing lists and shipping documents, inspecting products for damage, and documenting any discrepancies
- Assists the Supervisor and Lead during their absence
- Properly accounting for the location of incoming goods
- Assuring no damaged items are sent or received
- Helps maintain warehouse space and housekeeping, and participates in quarterly cycle counts
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse working with product inventory and fulfillment
- Experience using warehouse management or fulfillment software and scan gun technology preferred
- Physical aspects require the Material Handler to be moving around the warehouse 8 hours/day and lifting up to 35lbs
