The Staff Accountant is a key contributor to the accounting team, responsible for general ledger activities, month-end close support, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This position works closely with internal stakeholders and supports ongoing business operations, including acquisition integration and ad hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Prepare financial and management reports
- Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
- Support weekly accounts payable processes
- Assist with accounting integration for new acquisitions
- Complete ad hoc requests and special projects as assigned
- Analyze and explain cost account variances
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of related accounting experience
- ERP system experience preferred (NetSuite a plus)
- Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with a process-driven work style
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
