- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
- 4 years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, required.

- Ability to function independently or as part of a collective team.
- Ability to read and understand contract plans and specifications required.
