Key Responsibilit

• iesHandle court filings, prepare discovery, and communicate with court staff and opposing couns
• el.Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and Judicial Council forms — including subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and affidavits — under attorney supervisi
• on.Coordinate law office activity, including drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process serve
