What are the responsibilities and job description for the Track & Trace Supervisor position at GH GROUP INC?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Supervise all activities related to the entry, tracking, and reporting of onsite cannabis to ensure compliance to state regulations are followed for all employees that log and/or label cannabis products.
•
Create SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) explaining step by step processes (physically and digital steps)
•
Train Track and Trace Coordinators on SOP’s.
•
Oversee weekly and monthly inventory audits and reconciliations, comparing systems to physical checks.
•
Maintain inventory of METRC tags, labels, packaging supplies necessary for Track and Trace.
•
Supervise, support, and hold the Track and Trace team accountable to accurate data and counts
•

•
Conduct regular site inspections for METRC compliance
•
Organize and properly file all paperwork required by Track & Trace Manager and Compliance Regulations.
•
Oversee department labor.
•
Sign time clock adjustments for department, sick time, PTO.
•
Manage and track weekly numbers required from Track & Trace Manager.
•
Use required PPE per OSHA regulations
•
Perform other duties as assigned by Track and Trace Manager
