What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post Harvest Supervisor Morning position at GH GROUP INC?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Daily Operations & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day tasks in the post-harvest department to ensure they are performed to the highest standards. This includes managing the team, directing work, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately as per the Post Harvest Assistant Manager instructions.
• Audits & Reporting: Conduct daily and weekly audits to ensure the accuracy of operations. Collaborate with the Dry Room Lead to maintain and update a live schedule that supports the needs of both the Cultivation and Processing Production teams. Generate corresponding reports based on audit findings.
• Forecast Management: Work closely with the management team to update live forecast files weekly, ensuring that all relevant data is current and accessible for production planning.
• Dried Product Outtake: Oversee the daily outtake of dried product for both Packhouse 2 and Packhouse 3. Supervise the dry room technicians to ensure accurate weighing of each harvest per its corresponding batch and verify this data for tracking and phase changes using the appropriate software.
. • Data Tracking & Adjustments: Ensure all weights and measures protocols are followed and make necessary adjustments in CA Metrc and Seed & Beyond platforms. Share updated files with production teams as confirmation and maintain accuracy in the tracking systems
. • Climate Control Audits: Conduct four climate control audits during the shift to ensure all systems are functioning properly. Immediately report any discrepancies or issues that need attention to the Post Harvest Assistant Manager.
• End-of-Day Reporting: At the end of each shift, ensure all relevant data is completed and send an end- of-day report to the Post Harvest Assistant Manager for approval. Ensure smooth transition of shift
