We are partnered with a top-tier data center developer delivering hyperscale campuses across key U.S. markets.
They are seeking a VP of Construction to lead delivery across a growing portfolio of large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end construction delivery across multiple campuses
• Lead internal construction teams and manage GC relationships
• Drive schedule, cost, and quality across all projects
• Support preconstruction, contracting strategy, and execution planning
• Report into executive leadership on project performance
Requirements:
• Extensive experience delivering large-scale data center or mission-critical projects
• Background with a developer, GC, or EPC environment
• Strong leadership experience across multi-site programs
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
