• Manufacturing facilities — complex operational environments requiring high-level coordination and fast-paced execution

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced construction professional who can successfully lead projects from preconstruction through final turnover while building strong client relationships and developing high-performing teams.

Who You Are

You are a proven industrial construction leader with a strong track record delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.

You will bring:

• 10 years of progressive construction project management experience
• Proven success managing large-scale industrial and/or manufacturing construction projects
• Strong expertise in preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client leadership
• A history of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Experience overseeing projects with budgets exceeding $10M
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software including Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, CMiC, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and technical requirements across complex projects

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead projects through all phases, from preconstruction and design coordination through closeout
• Act as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
• Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, logistics strategies, and risk assessments
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and change management
• Coordinate closely with superintendents and field leadership to maintain efficient site operations
• Manage contracts, negotiate scopes, and proactively resolve project challenges
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across all project phases
• Mentor Project Engineers and Junior Project Managers while helping build a high-performance culture
• Build long-term client relationships that support repeat business and future opportunities
