This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced construction professional who can successfully lead projects from preconstruction through final turnover while building strong client relationships and developing high-performing teams.
Who You Are
You are a proven industrial construction leader with a strong track record delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.
You will bring:
- 10 years of progressive construction project management experience
- Proven success managing large-scale industrial and/or manufacturing construction projects
- Strong expertise in preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client leadership
- A history of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Experience overseeing projects with budgets exceeding $10M
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software including Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, CMiC, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and technical requirements across complex projects
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead projects through all phases, from preconstruction and design coordination through closeout
- Act as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
- Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, logistics strategies, and risk assessments
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and change management
- Coordinate closely with superintendents and field leadership to maintain efficient site operations
- Manage contracts, negotiate scopes, and proactively resolve project challenges
- Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across all project phases
- Mentor Project Engineers and Junior Project Managers while helping build a high-performance culture
- Build long-term client relationships that support repeat business and future opportunities
