Our client is a small but rapidly growing general contractor specializing in mission-critical construction, with a focus on legacy data center retrofits, data center densification, and office-to-data center conversions.
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong general contracting background and hands-on experience managing new construction projects. Candidates with experience on data centers, tilt-wall construction, structural steel, concrete, or other large-scale commercial/industrial projects are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and project documentation.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project reporting.
- Work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate field operations and resolve project issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
- Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
- Support estimating and preconstruction activities for upcoming projects.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and contractual requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager for a general contractor.
- Experience managing new construction projects from start to finish.
- Background in data centers, tilt-wall, structural steel, concrete, industrial, commercial, or similar construction.
- Strong understanding of subcontractor management, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Data center or mission-critical experience is highly preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
