We're looking for a driven, coachable Sales Development Representative to join GG Homes. You'll be working both ends of the pipeline — generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting and converting inbound leads — with direct exposure to how a high-growth real estate company sources and builds its pipeline. No prior sales experience required. If you bring the competitive drive and the coachability, we'll give you the tools, the training, and the opportunity to grow.
Compensation
$60,000 base draw uncapped commissions. First year OTE of $120,000

GG Homes is one of Southern California's fastest-growing real estate companies, operating across residential acquisitions, multi-family, and ground-up development. What started as a cash home buying operation has grown into a full-scale real estate platform, and we're still in the early innings of where we're going.
The Role
As an SDR at GG Homes, you'll work both sides of the pipeline — making outbound calls to generate new opportunities and converting inbound leads into qualified appointments for our senior acquisitions team. You'll learn the full sales process from the ground up, get direct coaching from experienced professionals, and have a clear path to advance as you prove yourself.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to targeted prospect lists to generate new opportunities
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat — quickly and confidently
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, timeline, and fit
- Book and confirm appointments for our senior sales team
- Build genuine rapport and guide prospects through the early stages of the process
- Follow up consistently, turning "not yet" into a scheduled meeting
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion targets
Your Qualifications
