GFT is seeking a Watermain Resident Engineer to join our Transportation Team in Lisle, IL! This role followsi a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at our Lisle, IL office.

What you'll be challenged to do:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' industry experience related to job duties with roadway construction with an emphasis on watermain installation projects.
In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Lead pipe replacements.
Main "Trunk" line watermain installation.
Residential Watermain installation.
Watermain pressure testing/certification.
Watermain jacking and open trench installation.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or in Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Requires minimum 5 years' industry experience related to job duties with roadway construction with an emphasis on watermain installation projects.
- Individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software and other Internet software.
- Excellent Leadership and Communication experience required.
- Must be able to drive to site and hold a valid driver's license.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $160,000
Salary dependent upon experience and geographic location
