Role Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join on-site leasing office. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors and providing administrative and clerical support as needed. The role involves maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk area, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with customer service inquiries. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff and visitors
  • Customer Service experience, focusing on creating positive experiences for clients and guests
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are an advantage


Schedule

  • Part-time hours (flexible schedule available)


Compensation

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience
