Senior Analyst, Process Improvement – Individual Contributor
12 month contract

On-site in Kalamazoo, MI
Requirements
- Strong business process management expertise, including experience in process architecture, process mapping/modeling, and end-to-end scenario design
- Proficiency in Signavio Business Process Management (BPM) suite with relevant certifications
- Significant process mapping experience using the Signavio BPM suite
- Experience driving adoption of process standards and governance while partnering across business functions
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and support a process-oriented culture
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while applying professional judgment and expertise
- Attention to detail and ability to make evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information
- Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the discipline
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and practical experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Extensive practical knowledge gained through professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
