GForce Life Sciences is a fast-growing, boutique consulting division of Gallagher Workforce Solutions. We are continuing to build our Life Sciences recruiting team and would ideally like to meet with recruiters with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other related industry experience. Our team is continually learning and working on new and exciting projects around North America. We are looking to add self-propelled colleagues to our team to continue to drive growth.

Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing techniques.
- Partner with account managers to understand their client businesses, identify staffing needs, and take on appropriate search assignments
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and career goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and interview preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual recruiting metrics to track progress and performance.
- Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level
- Self-directed, highly organized, and able to complete time-sensitive assignments with composure and perseverance
- Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and manage changing priorities effectively - Committed team player

Ideal Recruiter Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Professional experience in sales/customer service or recruiting required
- Life Sciences (Pharma, Medical Device, Biotech), ERP or IT industry experience – preferred
