GFM LLC is hiring an experience Financial Controller to undertake all aspects of financial management, financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
Essential Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Monthly financial statements
- Manage and Maintain Cash Flow Statements weekly
- Annual Sales Forecast
- Monthly Budgets
- Annual Financial Audits
- Core payroll processing and corporate payroll tax compliance
- Oversee activities of accounting department (AP/AR) ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Assure corporate income tax compliance
- Ensures Acceptable Inventory Turns and Overseas Overall Annual Physical Inventory.
- Establish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes, and data
- Respond to CEO and The Board as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate financial needs
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and customers as needed
- Maintain petty cash
- Bank reconciliation
- Preferred experience in Dealing in US and Mexico financials
- Will be overseeing Financial Statements, Cash Flow for Mexican entity.
- Should be experienced in SAP (ERP system)
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting and revenue recognition
- Cash Flow
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Additional controller duties as necessary
Skills
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
- 5 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365
- Though knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
