- Aged 18 or older and a U.S. resident
- Successful background check completion
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and customer relationship management
- Life Producer license (or willingness to obtain within first 2 weeks)
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and basic reporting
- Background in customer service, leadership, or management
- Experience in education, coaching, military, or as an elite athlete
- Entrepreneurially-minded with self-motivation and a passion for helping others
- Skills in negotiation or technical troubleshooting are a plus
