Class A CDL Company Driver
Immediate Openings (Load Pay)
Site: Garden City, GA
Position: Full Time - 2nd Shift / Some Weekends (Load Pay) HOME DAILY / 100% NO TOUCH FREIGHT
Brief Description: Drivers are responsible for transporting intermodal containers and van freight from warehouse to customer sites.
Some of the Responsibilities/Job Duties are as follows:
- Delivering van freight
- Delivering container freight
- Managing proof of delivery paperwork from customers.
- Following all Traffic Laws
- Reporting to Dispatcher any incidents encountered on the road
- Inspect the truck & trailer before and after the trip, and record any defects found.
- Keep the truck clean and in good working order.
- Take the required break during trips.
- Reporting any mechanical problems to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
- TWIC Card is not necessary but highly preferred
- Smart Phone
- MINIMUM of 2 years of recent driving experience with a Class A CDL
- Must be 25 years of age
- Accident Free
- Clean MVR Report
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Weekly settlement by direct deposit
