Salesperson

As a Sales Consultant at GF Sprague, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality, needs-based solutions to best serve our customer. In this role, you’ll be the face of a trusted, reputable contractor, guiding homeowners through repair and replacement options, diagnosing exterior needs, and offering solutions that combine craftsmanship, integrity, and value.

Enjoy the strength of our lead generation resources and conduct multiple sales meetings with customers per day, meeting their needs for schedule flexibility and timeliness. We will tee you up for success, you close the deals!

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Run pre-set appointments provided by the company
• Perform thorough rooftop inspections when safe access is possible
• Conduct attic inspections when feasible to assess ventilation and potential damage
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, insurance processes (when applicable), and product options
• Present detailed estimates, financing/payment plans, and close the sale
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation once a job is sold
• Mark up inspection photos to assist the production team with job planning
• Maintain communication with customers and internal teams throughout the job lifecycle

QUALIFICATIONS

In addition to demonstrating a history of success though personal and professional integrity, ideal candidates will possess:

• Proven sales experience in the construction or home improvement industry, ideally with specific subject matter expertise with the residential building envelope.
• Unparalleled negotiation and closing skills.
• Relatable and effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong understanding of project estimation and specification processes.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission based sales position with unlimited earning potential for the focused, committed professional.
