Senior Luxury Branding Marketing Manager needed for Luxury new Development Marketing Group
Our client, a Luxury new Development Marketing Group, handling Marketing for Residential Real Estate Luxury Hi-Rise Ground-up Condos and Rentals, has an immediate opening for a highly intelligent, motivated and detail-oriented experienced Senior Marketing Manager for their New York City office. The Senior Luxury Branding Marketing Manager oversees the full marketing lifecycle for luxury new development projects, from concept through sellout. Acting as the lead marketing representative for each assignment, this role manages strategy, creative direction, and execution in partnership with developers, external agencies.
The Senior Luxury Branding Marketing Manager will have the following Responsibilities:
- Build and shape residential brands
Help define the identity and story for each new development — its mood, audience, and sense of place. You’ll create branding that feels as thoughtful as a luxury hotel or fashion house. - Lead creative campaigns
Oversee photography, video, and storytelling that bring the project to life across every touchpoint — from websites and brochures to launch films and social content. - Partner with the best
Work closely with world-class architects, interior designers, and creative agencies to translate vision into beautiful, cohesive marketing. - Plan and execute launches
Bring projects to market through standout campaigns, events, and partnerships that feel elevated and memorable. - Collaborate across teams
Be the main point of contact between developers, design teams, Company leadership, and external partners to keep everything running smoothly and on brand. - Stay ahead of trends
Keep an eye on what’s happening in luxury, design, and media — and bring new ideas to how we tell stories and reach audiences.
The Senior Luxury Branding Marketing Manager must have the following skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business is desired.
- 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in event management, withing the luxury retail, fashion or hospitality industries
- Out-of-the-Box thinker
- Proven experience creating brand partnerships
- Proven ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute high-end events that align with brand strategy and exceed expectations.
- Deep understanding of the luxury market, including current trends and consumer preferences.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple events simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Strong vendor negotiation and management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a demonstrated ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in budget management, including forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external Partners
