This central downtown location puts you within walking distance of some of the citys best shopping, dining and entertainment, including the foodie-favorite Milwaukee Public Market and the scenic Milwaukee Riverwhere you can board one of the Milwaukee Boat Line sightseeing tours.We have an great opportunity to join our hotel as aFront Desk Supervisor.The Front Office Supervisor assists the Front Office Manager in directing the operations of the Front Desk staff to properly ensure the prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests, that all guests' needs are met during their stay and to deliver the highest levels of guest satisfaction.Essential Job Tasks:1. Assists in the operations of the Front Desk by supervising all Guest Service associates.2. Ensures guest satisfaction by responding to guest request in a friendly, service oriented manner, resolving guest complaints, and greeting in-house guests.3. Fills in at the Front Desk during busy periods or when staffing needs dictate.4. Performs other duties as assigned by management.OTHER TASKS1. Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly2. Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately3. Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations4.
