Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of moving operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Manage customer interactions to provide excellent service and resolve any issues.
- Oversee packing, loading, and unloading of goods, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize logistics and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and moving schedules.
- Train and supervise staff on best practices for moving procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during moving processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their moving needs and expectations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a moving or logistics management role.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Experience operating forklifts is an asset.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations is preferred.
