Position Overview:
Master Electricians are responsible for installing and servicing electrical components related to HVAC systems, ensuring safe and high-quality workmanship on every job site.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range: $25–$35/hour, based on experience
- Two weeks of paid vacation in your first year

Responsibilities:
- Complete electrical service calls, installations, and troubleshooting for HVAC customers
- Provide professional, knowledgeable service and build rapport with customers
- Maintain organized job sites and properly inventoried trucks
- Accurately complete paperwork, invoices, and time cards
- Engage in training sessions, meetings, and company events
- Mentor and guide apprentices for skill development
- Actively participate in trade shows and off-site trainings
Requirements:
- Master Electrician license (Nebraska or reciprocal state)
- Experience in HVAC electrical installations preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
