Responsibilities
- Lead customers through a multitude of escape rooms.
- Provide outstanding guest services by answering questions and providing helpful information.
- Reset escape rooms within a constrained time limit.
- Offer advice and guidance through escape room events while maintaining a level of safety within the room.
- Handle cash transactions with customers.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and foster positive interactions.
- Work with a multitude of coworkers in a positive and constructive manner.
Skills
- Cash handling.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Memorization of prop placements, scripts, and room flow.
- Ability to work effectively with children, fostering a fun and safe environment.
- Proficient in conflict management techniques.
- Public speaking skills to confidently engage large groups of guests during events.
Any previous experience with coding, troubleshooting, or the arts are welcomed!
