Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health needs of infants and their families, utilizing approved instruments and social history data.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by each infant and family.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions in alignment with professional standards and evidence-based practices.
- Prepare comprehensive reports documenting client progress and therapeutic strategies as required.
- Collaborate with case managers and make recommendations to appropriate agencies to positively influence infant and family welfare.
- Maintain meticulous and timely records, ensuring compliance with agency and state regulations.
- Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, safeguarding the well-being of infants and families.
- Actively participate in weekly supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and professional growth.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
- Possession of an active professional license (LMSW, MSW, LLPC, LPC, LLP, LP).
- Proven experience delivering therapy to diverse populations, including individual, family, and group modalities.
- Strong proficiency in computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience working specifically with infants and toddlers.
- Familiarity with evidence-based infant mental health assessment tools and interventions is highly regarded.
- Reliable transportation for home visits, accompanied by a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
