Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health needs of infants and their families, utilizing approved instruments and social history data.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by each infant and family.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions in alignment with professional standards and evidence-based practices.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports documenting client progress and therapeutic strategies as required.
  • Collaborate with case managers and make recommendations to appropriate agencies to positively influence infant and family welfare.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely records, ensuring compliance with agency and state regulations.
  • Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, safeguarding the well-being of infants and families.
  • Actively participate in weekly supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and professional growth.

Required Skills

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Possession of an active professional license (LMSW, MSW, LLPC, LPC, LLP, LP).
  • Proven experience delivering therapy to diverse populations, including individual, family, and group modalities.
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience working specifically with infants and toddlers.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based infant mental health assessment tools and interventions is highly regarded.
  • Reliable transportation for home visits, accompanied by a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
