Key Responsibilities
- Leverage adult learning principles and best practices to create, enhance, and maintain instructor-led training (ILT), computer-based training (CBT), assessments, and supplementary materials.
- Adhere to an established Style Guide to ensure uniformity in training content.
- Utilize Microsoft Word templates to produce key training documents, including facilitator guides, job aids, and user manuals.
- Employ Rapid Development Software (such as Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate) to craft storyboards and develop interactive e-learning courses featuring branching scenarios and decision trees.
- Create clear and engaging scripts for video and audio content that align with learning objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), functional analysts, solution architects, clinicians, and application owners to tailor course content to user needs.
- Analyze feedback and evaluation data to provide informed recommendations for training enhancements.
- Participate in peer review sessions, providing constructive feedback to improve team outputs and continuously elevate the quality of our products and services.
- Engage with diverse vendor partners, colleagues, and external stakeholders in a remote setting, attending collaborative meetings.
- Conduct review sessions with clients to gather insights and refine training materials accordingly.
- Contribute innovative ideas and work collaboratively with the team to ensure the success of customer programs and projects.
- Proficiency in using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate Storyline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a solid grasp of English language structure, grammar, and composition.
- Experience creating instructional materials with Microsoft Word templates.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within remote teams and remote leadership.
- Flexibility to rapidly adapt to changing roles and responsibilities as project phases modify.
- Familiarity with ADA Section 508c accessibility requirements to create accessible content.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and delivering training courses to a diverse audience.
- Experience in the healthcare sector or developing training content for electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.
