Business Development Representative
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Representative based in Mobile, AL. Job Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales quotas through the entire sales cycle, including setting up closing appointments and maintaining contact lists.
- Conduct business presentations and promote continuing education courses.
- Conduct daily sales contacts to build and nurture customer relationships.
- Educate clients on our solutions and compile detailed information on decision makers (center of influence).
- Identify "Target 25" contacts and develop them into clients.
- Maintain detailed activity logs in Salesforce CRM.
- Increase sales territory revenue by achieving goals consistently.
- Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and communicate benefits of emergency event preparation.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of progressively responsible B2B sales experience preferred.
- Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector is a plus.
- Strong sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Solid business and financial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in the commercial cleaning, restoration, or insurance industries is desirable but not required.
- Working knowledge of current business software technologies.
- Willingness to travel for natural disaster events.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check per legal requirements.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and ownership mindset.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $55,000 commission
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; some after-hours work/events as needed
