The Role:
Inventory Control Supervisor - You will be the architect of our inventory accuracy, ensuring seamless operations in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Inventory Accuracy: Establish, manage, and reconcile proper cycle counting procedures to maintain exceptional inventory accuracy within our SAP system.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the shipping, receiving, and cycle counting teams, managing all involved employees.
- Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures to ensure effective execution of all inventory control functions, identifying root causes for discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Strategic Planning: Conduct and manage annual or quarterly physical inventories and develop and maintain TS-ISO procedures related to inventory control.
- Collaboration: Interface with necessary departments to resolve any and all issues related to inventory movements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 years of experience in inventory control/warehouse management.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Proficiency with SAP systems preferred.
- Degree in business, management, or a related discipline is a plus.
- APICS Certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and strong multi-tasking capabilities.
