Lead program launches from start to finish — and celebrate when the first parts roll out.
Guide cross-functional teams, keeping projects on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations.
Be the link between customers, engineers, and leadership — building trust and delivering results.
Drive engineering changes, manage quoting activities, and shape financial models.
Coach and develop talent while ensuring quality and safety are never compromised.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Automotive manufacturing experience
Knowledge of metal stamping, assembly processes & engineering change procedures
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
Familiarity with Lean Principles and project management tools
