ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PRIMARY TASKS
1. Good communication (shift hand over report to supervisor)
2. Operate Assembly line (start and finish)
3. Basic trouble shooting
4. Change out barrels on pump (according to Work Instruction)
5. Documentation on shift report
6. Inventory control on Assembly line
7. Perform TPM task as required
8. Small rework on product
9. Surface Inspection
10. 5S daily
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent;
2. Minimum 2 years in manufacturing automotive industry preferred;
3. Technical degree (Associates) or certification preferred or 3-5 years relevant maintenance experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Forklift certified preferred;
2. Metal finish experience preferred;
3. Laser Welding specifications experience preferred;
4. Mechanical skills required;
5. Understand cycle time and OEE requirements
6. Class A surface requirement knowledge.
7. Basic understanding of dimensional requirements
8. Electrical and Electronic knowledge preferred
9. Trouble shooting skills on Robots, Drives, PLC, Field communication bus, HMI and other programmable devices
Job Type: Full-time
