THE EXPECTATIONS:
Gestamp’s Union, South Carolina plant is looking for Production Associates with interest or experience in the manufacturing automotive industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Meet production and KPI goals
- Loading of parts
- Quality checks on parts while loading the line
- Assist the Line Technician with troubleshooting
- Support with inventory control
- Communication with coworkers on shift handover
- 5S - Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
