What You’ll Do
- Lead the charge in identifying, pursuing, and closing both short- and long-term sales opportunities across exhibitions and live events.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with hoteliers, convention bureaus, venues, associations, and corporate clients to position GES as the trusted partner for everything from material handling and logistics to full-scale creative and production solutions.
- Represent GES with professionalism and flair — at client meetings, industry events, and site visits throughout the Las Vegas market.
- Craft smart, compelling RFP responses and presentations that showcase our capabilities and creativity.
- Partner closely with our Client Services and Operations teams to deliver flawless end-to-end execution — from pre-show planning through post-show wrap.
- Manage accounts that drive up to $1M annually, owning every detail of the client relationship and project life cycle.
- Use Salesforce CRM to track activity, maintain transparency, and forecast with precision.
- Spot and pursue cross-selling opportunities with other GES divisions such as audio-visual, event accommodations, and creative production.
- Champion our brand within the industry by attending events, joining associations, and staying plugged into what’s next in exhibitions and experiential marketing.
- A natural connector with 3–5 years of sales or production experience in the exhibitions, events, or hospitality industries.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where creativity and precision meet.
- Confident, curious, and consultative — you don’t just sell, you solve.
- Skilled at navigating complex organizations and building trust with clients at every level.
- Driven by results, collaboration, and the thrill of turning opportunity into action.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, with strong communication and negotiation chops.

Work Environment
- Moderate travel required – up to 35%
- Available to work nights, weekends, and at event locations.
- Require a flexible work schedule as events occasionally run on weekends and evenings.
- Work will be required in both an office, remote or show floor setting.
- Show Floor conditions can include a somewhat crowded or noisy area where there may be mild discomfort due to temperature, dust or other conditions.
