- Conduct assessments, follow-ups, and medication management (non-controlled)
- Maintain clear, defensible documentation tied to patient condition and incident impact
- Utilize Jane EHR for charting and scheduling
- Deliver virtual care with flexibility and autonomy
- Care is medically driven and necessity-based (not volume-based)
- Documentation may be used in legal settings, including potential depositions
- Strong emphasis on accuracy, clarity, and compliance
- No ADHD stimulants or controlled substances prescribed
- Must adhere to all state-specific regulations
Licensed NP or PA in one or more of the following states:
- New York (urgent need)
- Georgia
- Texas (Spanish required)
- Massachusetts
- Tennessee
- Comfortable working at the intersection of healthcare and legal
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Open to testifying based on clinical documentation if needed
- Background or interest in behavioral health preferred
- Flexible, scalable workload—you control your schedule
