Marketing & Admin Specialist – VetandTechCompany Focus:
Veterinary CE Platform for Technicians and VeterinariansWebsite: vetandtech dot comThe duties will include demonstrating and showcasing VetandTech applications to potential customers, outlining key features, functionalities, and advantages, and explaining how the system enhances veterinary office operations and supports continuing education requirements.Major Tasks (for both roles):
- Plan and coordinate involvement in national conferences and exhibitions for veterinarians
- Develop, schedule, and coordinate marketing campaigns and online content.
- Coordinate logistical details for trade shows and client visits.
- Follow up on sales and business development activities, including administrative follow-up and CRM updates.
- Represent the brand professionally and energetically in person and online.
- Assist with social media, email marketing, lead management, and post-event reporting.
Qualification:
- At least 2 years of marketing, event coordination, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- You must be able and willing to travel to industry conferences around 10–14 times per year, with each trip typically lasting several days. All travel and accommodation expenses are provided by the company.
- Microsoft Office proficiencies, CRM software, and social media
- Previous experience in healthcare or veterinary care is preferred.
