Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assist service customers with reviewing repair orders, loaner vehicles and payments.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience required
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Prompt and courteous demeanor focused on customer satisfaction
