We provide an extensive two-week training program to get you familiar with all systems (vAuto, VinSolutions, KBB, Cars.com), scripts and word tracks, through role playing and appointment setting.

Responsibilities:
- Direct outreach to customers via phone, email and text
- Engage with customers and set appointments for showroom visits
- Provide customers with live market data on their vehicle
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
