As a Service Scheduler/Casher, you will efficiently manage service appointments while providing excellent customer service and handling cashier duties with accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule customer service appointments efficiently
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Manage cashier duties including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain loaner agreements
- Communicate effectively with service technicians and customers to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in scheduling or cashier roles preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
