The Marketing Manager will manage social media and website. The Marketing Manager will also perform routine administrative and clinical assignments. This role will work to support the initiates of Germain Dermatology through brand development, products/service sales, and community outreach. Experience working in a dermatology, medical spa or plastic surgery practice is a plus; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and execute strategies to elevate brand presence digitally and in the community
- Managing all content by collecting, organizing, and uploading to the appropriate platform(s)
- Take photographs/video footage before, during and after patient treatments and as needed
- Obtaining permission from patients to be photographed and/or filmed
- Engaging with social media audience on a daily basis by replying back to comments and messages
- Helping doctor and practice manager prepare for in-person and virtual presentations
- Creating engaging graphics for social media posts, in office print materials, internal and external media and email blasts.
- Analyzing the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
- Work closely with Practice Owner and marketing team to collaborate on goals and expectations
- Lead weekly marketing meeting to discuss marketing objectives, sales, and upcoming events
- Assisting with other daily tasks and projects as deemed necessary by doctor or practice manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Marketing and Social Media Management
- Strong organizational, sales, computer, and communication skills
- Must have in depth knowledge of the major social media platforms and their functions (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Linkedin)
- Must be willing to witness live procedures/surgeries in order to photograph them
- Willingness to work events outside of normal business hours as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
