The job will be located in Amasa, Michigan in Iron County in the Upper Peninsula.
We are seeking Production Technicians to work in various areas of our Mill.
Responsibilities Include:
- Performs various positions throughout the production area such as strapping bundles of flooring, nesting and/or stacking of materials.
- Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
- Showing a willingness and flexibility to perform various job assignments that may change daily.
- Maintains the work area in a clean orderly condition; Follow the 5S program to ensure areas are organized and cleaned.
- Adhere to all safety policies and perform tasks in safe, responsible manner.
We seek the following:
- Dedicated future employees who will maintain a reliable level of attendance
- High School diploma or equivalent education and experience.
- Ability to read and write and apply simple math skills.
- Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
- Experience with tools a plus.
