Pay & Schedule
$67,000–$72,000/year total compensation
Hourly pay: $21.16/hr to start, increasing to $22.87/hr after 90 days
Production bonus shift premium
354 hours of scheduled annual overtime

What You’ll Do
- Cut and bundle steel to meet custom ordersOperate saws, cranes, forklifts, and conveyorsPerform quality checks and follow ASTM standardsKeep your area clean and organized (5S)Communicate clearly with your team and follow safety rules
What You Need
- 1–3 years of industrial or production experienceForklift and/or crane experienceAbility to pass Gerdau’s entrance and fit-for-duty examsPhysical ability to lift, climb, bend, and operate equipment
