You will drive talent, labor relations, and workforce initiatives across a complex multi-site environment while partnering with leadership to enhance performance and engagement. Your work ensures compliance, strengthens talent pipelines, and enables business growth through effective HR programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Direct employee and labor relations activities, including negotiations and issue resolution
- Drive talent management processes including recruiting, performance management, labor cost planning and execution, and succession planning
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, compliance standards, and governance practices
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver HR programs, drive productivity and support organizational structure optimizations and initiatives across the organization
- HR functional expertise: Employee & labor relations, talent management, compensation practices, and multi-site HR operations
- Compliance & risk management: Knowledge of labor laws, policy interpretation, investigations, and audit readiness
- Business & data acumen: Ability to analyze HR metrics, support workforce planning, and align HR decisions with business performance
- Strategic thinking & influence: Aligns HR strategies with business goals and effectively advises senior leaders
- Leadership & relationship building: Develops teams, coaches managers, and builds strong partnerships across the organization
- Communication & conflict resolution: Navigates complex employee issues, communicates clearly, and manages sensitive situations with sound judgment
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 8 - 12 Years HR experience
- 5 Years team leadership experience
- Union negotiation expertise
