Are you detail-driven, analytical, and passionate about making processes run smoothly? We’re looking for a Commission Specialist to play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely commission and expense reimbursement allowance (ERA) payouts for our partners.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and review commission and ERA hierarchies, schedules, and set-ups for firms and individual producers.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies for sales compensation.
- Partner with licensing & contracting teams to maintain commission processes, including training and audits.
- Support system testing for commission and ERA program changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to firms and wholesalers—resolving issues and ensuring accurate payouts.
- Collaborate with Finance and other business partners to guarantee timely, accurate processing.
- Research and correct errors, handle service requests, and assist with special projects like audits.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
- 4 years in life insurance operations and commission/payroll processes, preferred.
- Strong math skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and knowledge of GLIC systems (including VUE).
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary : $42,000 - $50,000
