Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks on construction projects, including dirt work, pipelaying, form setting, rebar installation, and concrete finishing
- Adapt to different tasks as required by project needs
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete assignments with minimal supervision
- Use hand and power tools, including mechanical hammers, floats, trowels, and screeds, to complete concrete work
- Assemble and install concrete forms, panels, and scaffolding
- Spread, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces for floors, walls, sidewalks, and curbs
- Position, align, and seal pipe sections as needed
- Shape and cut materials to specified measurements using saws, chisels, and planes
- Prepare layouts and determine the size, shape, and placement of reinforcing rods
- Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors using construction-related vocabulary
- Utilize basic computer skills to navigate websites, platforms, and phone apps as required for the job
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs individually or participate in team lifts for heavier materials

Compensation
$24$32 per hour, depending on experience

Experience and License Requirements
- 2 years commercial experience (Required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively when needed (Required)
- Familiar with all types of forms Symon, Gang, handset, etc. (Required)
- Full time position availability (Required)
- Pass pre-employment drug screen (Required)
- Proficient with tools vibrators, hand and power trowel, hand and power screed, floats, etc.
- Teamwork - Assist skilled Tradesmen, Leadmen, and Foremen with all aspects of the job (Required)
- Valid Driver's License
