Additionally, the Collision Estimator will oversee repair progress and ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Experience with estimating tools and software (e.g., CCC, Audatex, or similar systems)
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and vehicle components
- Customer service and communication skills to provide a positive experience and assist with insurance claims
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail for accuracy in repair assessments
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and communicate needs effectively
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Experience in a collision repair or automotive-related field is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional industry certifications are a plus
