Job Duties:
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
- Arrange meetings, schedule appointments, keep the office calendar, answer telephones, and edit correspondence.
- Be a friendly and professional representative to customers, vendors, and other team members.
- Schedule and coordinate staff meetings.
- Prepare communications such as emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Purchase and organize supplies.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
The Requirements:
- High school diploma. Associates or bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Background check required.
- 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and email.
- Experience related to plumbing, HVAC, or other home improvement industries is a plus.
