Durex, a division of Gerard Daniel Worldwide, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Product Manager to lead the marketing, distribution, and growth of our product portfolio across the North East region. This role is essential to driving revenue through dealer partners, OEMs, and direct customers, while working closely with manufacturing and executive leadership to achieve ambitious performance and growth objectives.
The position also includes developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, leading and coaching the sales team, and expanding market presence through targeted channel development.
The ideal candidate will be based in Pennsylvania to support effective regional coverage and team engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Develop deep knowledge of all core product lines; sell, service, and support both new and existing dealers and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including dealers, distributors, and OEMs.
- Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds revenue and profit goals.
- Develop an annual product strategic sales plan to drive market share and revenue growth.
- Identify and evaluate new product and market opportunities aligned with company strategy.
- Establish and support new distribution channels in untapped regions.
- Analyze market size, competitor activity, and opportunities to capture additional share.
- Lead hiring, training, coaching, and development for the sales team.
- Partner with Marketing to develop effective collateral and promotional tools.
- Complete quarterly and annual sales forecasts to support business planning.
- Provide weekly customer-visit updates and monthly product reports.
- Attend required meetings; submit reports and complete administrative requirements.
- Plan and participate in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
- Typically 10 years of sales experience, ideally in concrete, urethane, or aggregate industries, with a proven track record of market expansion.
- CRM experience required; Salesforce preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong ability to develop comprehensive sales plans, strategies, and KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills.
