We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weaving Supervisor to join our production team. This role’s responsibilities include weaving personnel management, production monitoring, resource allocation and supply management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assign daily tasks to weaving personnel
- Monitor and report on production
- Allocate resources to meet production schedule developed by Planning Department
- Monitor inventory levels of wire required for production
- Maintain adequate levels of supplies
- Assure that all logs and records are completed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with company safety policies
- Collaborate with team members, Planning and Management to meet production targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- Ability to perform computer tasks
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to tolerate exposure to hot, oily, and noisy environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Previous Industrial supervision experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
